Many years ago foxes were commercially raised in the Bailey area. When the fur trade fell apart, the foxes were just turned loose. There are red ones with silver tails and vice versa. I even saw a pure black one last week about 15 miles from home. This one lives near the house and goes into the live trap after the bait I set out for the feral cats.
